is a private investment firm, which was founded to assist
companies grow through partnership with entrepreneurs, key managers, and owners of family-owned
businesses in transition.
Our principals have a history of starting, managing, and investing in companies
to create sustainable business enterprises and wealth over the long-term, so we
understand the unique challenges of small, under-capitalized or emerging
companies.
Unlike typical private equity firms, we invest to help build or transition businesses. We invest time and capital in companies we engage with.
Our objective is to help our clients reach long-term goals personally and for
their companies.
* We seek companies with revenue of $1 million to $100 million and neutral or
positive cash flow.
* We look for companies with unique business models, differentiated products or services,
or proprietary technologies.
* We prefer management team continuity in companies and assist in
placement of the right people in the right positions.
* We actively promote experienced executives by helping them find and finance transactions
for growth through our affiliation with broker dealers.
* We find fragmented and niche industries particularly attractive because
of the possibilities for margin improvement and growth by acquisition.
* We target companies with locations that will accomodate meetings and our consulting resources.
